Why can't I work at an Indy middle school and have things go smoothly? Why does the faculty have to be populated with assholes? For anyone getting ready to work in an poor, urban school: be prepared to hate your co-workers for their ineptness and unethical actions. Maybe if i gave as little of a shit as the rest of the faculty, my days would go smoother and my heart would be broken less. At this moment, I am alternately furious and completely crestfallen.
